Practical Experience

CBMT features blended coursework that combines the best of academics and ministry practice through experience in the church. Students learn practical ministry skills through mentoring and coaching by pastors and other ministers. NBC has a screening process for mentors and coaches to ensure students are in the best hands.

In order to participate in the program as a mentor or coach, you have to submit an application to be approved by NBC before the CBMT training begins.
